I’ve been a T3 customer for several years beginning with my infinity. Currently a Lexus owner. I like the fact that I can call and ask about an issue and they are willing to give advice over the phone. Only place I take my car to for service.

Great job the 2x's I visited. More reasonable prices than Nalley Lexus. I referred by a friend and have also referred someone I think they are like a hidden gem in Smyrna on Atlanta Rd. The best way to be a successful business is by word of mouth.

I visited T3 to get a recommendation regarding my tires. I wanted to know if I should get a rotation and balance or given the age of the tires would it be recommended for me to replace them, as I did not want to waste money getting a rotation and balance if they needed replacing. I was told the tires had good tread so I could go ahead and get them rotated and balanced. I drove the car for only 3 weeks after that when one of my tires started going flat. I took the car to a tire specialty shop and they told me that based on the tread on 3 of the tires that they should be replaced. They did a thorough inspection with a tread gauge to determine this. When the guy at T3 told me my tread was good he looked at ONE tire for 2 seconds to make that assessment. If he had done a thorough inspection of the tires and used a tread gauge he would have known that the tires needed to be replaced. Instead he allowed me to waste my money on a rotation and balance that I obviously didn't need. This place is a rip-off and I definitely won't be taking my car back there for any of my service needs.
